I've tried installing the update for the Wireless LAN Driver that shows up in SW Updates on my Samsung Model Number NP305E5A laptop that is running Windows 7 (64 Bit); and I continue to receive Installation Failed -10 error message. I called Samsung and they remote accessed my computer and tried installing via the SW Update as well as through websites; and the same thing happened; and they said that I should contact Microsoft as there seems to be some kind of bug on the Microsoft side of things... Or else I should do a factory reset to my laptop (which will cause me to LOSE everything I have on my computer -- not my first choice of fixing this problem) The biggest issue with this is that it has disabled the Wireless all together and EVERY time I turn on my computer I have to go into my settings and turn my wireless on and no matter what I do the settings will not remain and I lose wireless connectivity at times.
