I am a tenure-track assistant professor at UC Irvine, math department. I am interested in geometric analysis and partial differential equations, especially Ricci flow. I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2021 advised by Richard Bamler . I was a Szego assistant professor at Stanford 2021-2024 mentored by Otis Chodosh . This is my CV .
My email is ylai25 at uci dot edu. My office is Rowland Hall 510D.
I am an organizer of the UCI differential geometry seminar .
I am currently supported by NSF grants DMS-2506832, DMS-2543311 (CAREER), and a Simons travel award.
