What Time Is It? Exact Local Time Now with Seconds
发布时间:2026-09-18 | 浏览:2
Your current local time is shown live with seconds. Check today's date, your browser time zone and UTC offset, switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time, or find the current time anywhere in the world.
What Time Is It Right Now?
The live clock above shows your current local time now. It updates every second and follows the time zone reported by your browser.
CalendarHours also shows the same moment in 24-hour time and UTC, so you can verify the format and compare your local time with the world's reference time without leaving the page.
Your Time vs. UTC
UTC is the global reference used to express offsets between local time zones. Your current offset is calculated for today's date, so seasonal daylight-saving changes are reflected when your browser's time-zone rules support them.

Browse Current Time by Region
Regional hubs connect the World Clock pillar to country, territory, state and city pages without creating duplicate “time in X” URLs.
US Time Zones Now
See the major U.S. civil time zones side by side. Cluster 2 owns the timezone entities themselves, so this pillar displays the live clocks and routes timezone learning to the Time Zones hub.

The same moment can be written in either 12-hour AM/PM notation or 24-hour notation. Use the controls in the local-time panel to switch the live clock and all comparison clocks on this page.

How CalendarHours Shows Current Time
CalendarHours reads the IANA time zone exposed by your browser and formats the current instant using the browser's time-zone rules. The clock updates every second, including the correct current UTC offset for the date represented by those rules.
The page also attempts a same-origin server-time check using the HTTP Date header. If the check succeeds, the live clocks use that server reference; if it fails, they continue with your device clock. CalendarHours does not claim that this browser display is independently synchronized to NIST.
For official U.S. time, compare the display with Time.gov .

Sources & Methodology
CalendarHours separates the current-time answer from timezone ownership. This page answers the generic “what time is it / time now / time right now” intent, while location pages own “time in X” and Cluster 2 owns timezone entities, abbreviations, UTC/GMT guides and timezone conversions.
The live display uses standards and timezone data exposed by the user's browser. Timezone identifiers follow the IANA naming system; official U.S. time and frequency references are maintained by NIST.

What Time Is It? FAQ
The live clock at the top of this page shows the current local time for the time zone reported by your browser. It includes seconds, today's local date, your current UTC offset and a 12-hour or 24-hour display.
CalendarHours reads the IANA time zone reported by your browser and updates the clock every second. The page also attempts a same-origin server-time check using the HTTP Date header; if that check is unavailable, the clock falls back to your device time.
Your browser reports an IANA time zone such as America/New_York, Europe/London or Asia/Tokyo. CalendarHours shows that time zone together with its current abbreviation and UTC offset in the local-time panel.
A UTC offset is the current difference between local civil time and Coordinated Universal Time. For example, UTC-05:00 is five hours behind UTC. The offset can change during the year in places that observe daylight saving time.
Yes. Use the 12-hour and 24-hour controls in the local-time panel. The same preference is applied to the live world-time and U.S. time-zone clocks on this page.
A device clock can drift or lose synchronization. CalendarHours can compare its display with the CalendarHours server when the server Date header is available, but it does not claim NIST synchronization. For official U.S. time, compare with Time.gov.
Yes. The displayed local time and UTC offset follow the time-zone rules available to your browser for the current date. Locations that change clocks seasonally can therefore show different offsets at different times of the year.
