Solar Financing Philippines 2026: Loans, In
发布时间:2026-09-23 | 浏览:1
A ₱223,541 solar power system can be financed with a monthly payment as low as ~₱4,133 (GSIS, government workers) or estimated ₱3,500 - ₱4,500 (SSS, private workers - launching September 2026). For most households with a ₱8,000+ monthly bill, the savings from Day 1 exceed the loan payment.

→ CC 0% Installment - lowest total cost if 36-month term available, instant approval.
5. Are you a Pag-IBIG member with property and need ₱300K or less?

Pay Monthly, Save Monthly: The Core Math
The goal of solar financing is simple: your monthly loan payment should be lower than your monthly electricity savings from Day 1.
For a household with an ₱8,000 Meralco bill and a standard on-grid system:
The exact numbers depend on which financing option you choose and your system size. Use the calculator on this page to run your specific scenario.
All Options Side by Side
What to Check Before Signing Any Loan
Prepayment penalties. Solar power systems typically pay back their cost in 3 to 4 years. If you want to pay off the loan early once savings kick in, confirm there are no stiff penalties for doing so.
Collateral requirements. Some loans require your land title. Others (like credit card installments or RTO) are unsecured. For systems under ₱300,000, try to find an unsecured option first.
Who owns the system. With RTO programs, the installer retains ownership until the final payment. With loans (bank, GSIS, SSS, Pag-IBIG, CC), you own the system from Day 1.
Net metering application cost. Some installers exclude the interconnection fee from the financed amount, requiring you to pay it separately in cash. Confirm this before signing.
