Even though the project hasn’t received major updates recently, we’ve noticed something interesting: people are still downloading it, playing it, and occasionally leaving comments and feedback. Some players even mentioned that they were looking forward to seeing where the game would go in the future. That got us wondering… Are there still people out there waiting for BooBusters? When we created BooBusters, we were still learning a lot as developers. Since then, we’ve released other projects, learned new techniques, improved our workflows, and gained much more experience in game development. Looking back, there are many things we’d do differently today. We’ve seen feedback about optimization, gameplay balance, quality-of-life improvements, and overall content depth. Those comments helped us understand both the strengths and weaknesses of the project. So today we’re asking a simple question: If BooBusters returned, what would you want to see? Better progression? Improved performance? More ghost types? A complete remake using everything we’ve learned since then? We’re not announcing anything yet. See you in even better games. i love the idea of BooBusters and would really love to see a complete remake! Then stay tuned, because Boobusters is coming I've returned to this game several times because there's something appealing about it (tbh, I'm not even sure what). The problem is, every time I tried, the optimization was way too poor, the gameplay was unfair, or I literally had no idea what to do... I'd love to see further development of this game, but it would have to become more player-friendly. -Optimization, a simple tutorial, easy first level/s to get used to, maybe some spice at the start to encourage players, and of course bigger H rewards later worth the time invested,- with the gallery on top. Well, whatever you decide, good luck Oiwa team. We are planning to release a fully finished and much better optimized version. To achieve maximum optimization and cross system compatibility, we are considering changing our engine, with Godot being our main candidate right now.
