If you have any difficulty locating that support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window. 3 comments Show comments for this answer hannathelamb • 0 Reputation points 2026-01-23T18:27:09.8466667+00:00 Hi Dave, u reallyyyy helped me there!!! i did not know about this slider thing. Thanks!!! 2 votes Caitlin Lindzy • 0 Reputation points 2026-01-28T16:13:39.45+00:00 I truly thought I was losing my mind. Who designed this to put a sliding switch that isn't even noticeable on a part of the computer that is touched, fiddled with, opened and closed multiple times a day? Thank you for your help Dave! 3 votes

Rebooted went to BIOS mode, camera was already turned on. I can see a light on the camera but the video function does not work. I am getting a message to change settings . But I have the camera setting to enable 0 comments No comments
