Report this post 🚀 Thrilled to Share My Journey at Audencia Business School as It is Near Its End 🚀 As I finish up at Audencia Business School, reflecting on my "Management for Tomorrow" specialization in Entrepreneurship, CSR, and Digitalization, guided by Thibault Hache, EMBA, I want to share how transformative this experience has been. Embarking on my journey, I was eager to learn and make a difference. Yet, the road in this specialization was not without its challenges and moments of doubt. But finishing my specialization and starting my final internship made me much more confident and aware. I now see how this experience, especially courses like Systemic Design with Remi Rivas and Diversity Management with Professor Natalia Vershinina , helped me grow confident in handling projects and understanding today's challenges. 🎨 Systemic Design pushed the boundaries of my understanding, teaching me to navigate uncertainty with design thinking and effectuation. It offered a new lens to view complexities in the world around us, inspired by Edgar Morin’s philosophy. This course was not just about learning; it was about unlearning and relearning how to approach problems holistically and innovatively. 🌍 Diversity Management brought to light the essence of equality and diversity in the workplace. Under Professor Natalia Vershinina guidance, I gained insights into managing diverse teams, embracing inclusivity, and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued. This course resonated deeply with my interest in self-development, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence, further fueling my personal project. The journey through this specialisation was complemented by numerous group projects, offering a practical playground to apply these concepts. These projects were challenging yet incredibly rewarding, allowing me to grow not just academically but personally. I must admit, there were moments of hesitation and doubt about my chosen path. Yet, four months later, I can confidently say that this specialization has taught me invaluable lessons and shaped my personal and professional outlook profoundly. To anyone at a crossroads in their educational or career journey, remember that growth often comes from uncertainty and challenge. Embrace it, and let it transform you. A big thank you to my professors and peers for being part of this incredible journey. Here's to more learning, growing, and making a difference!
