I first encountered it several weeks ago and got someone to call me so I could report the problem. then I had to get them to call again about 10 days later because there was no change. eventually, I was able to use the credit on my gift card account... for a couple of purchases. then the glitch came back. the problem now is the same as the last time- I click in the box next to "gift card" and the tick immediately disappears. I contacted support again a few days ago and the girl assured me that ebay knows about the glitch because it has affected many people, and that it will be fixed "soon". how long is "soon"? 1 week ago last reply 7 hours ago when is the current gift card glitch going to be fixed? Discussion Item arranging in Seller Hub Active Listings broken As most pro-sellers know, Seller Hub allows you to arrange your items that are on sale in particular viewing orders - alphabetically, by page view, by watch view, etc. Over the past few months, the metrics used to put these in preferred order has been broken in my seller hub. eg - if you arrange the items by watch views from the most watched down, they are not in correct order (items with two watchers listed above those with 6, etc.), and items without watch views are turning up as well. I presumed this simple frustration would have been fixed over time, but it has been getting worse over the past couple of weeks. Is anyone else in the same boat? My eBay social page unlinked to my Facebook and Instagram pages a few days ago. I have tried to relink and I have been getting an error code of feature unavailable. I have contacted eBay on Wednesday 5/8 and was told by agent that it would be escalated and would be back in touch between 24-48 hours. I have had no reply from eBay and it's now 8/8 and it's still not working. I have been on eBay for 16 years plus and this last year has been the worst with issues so over it. I’ve also selected pickup for delivery. It happens on both my iPhone and Mac, and the automated help keeps sending me in circles.
