Discussione I shipped a package and it got lost, who will reimburse me? Good morning, on October 4 I shipped a package on this platform by purchasing a shipping label for 4.67 euro. The package is handled by the inpost courier, and it was probably lost since the last tracking update shows October 5 at this courier's depot. I reported it to inpost and they told me I need to sort it out with ebay since I did everything on this platform, then I contacted ebay and they told me that for the refund of the package I shipped and lost I need to ask inpost.
