My Microsoft Account Got Hacked and My Primary Email Address Has been Changed
发布时间:2026-10-14 | 浏览:1
I already requested to change my security info and it's requesting a 2FA code from the hacked email that i don't have access to. Is there any way to change my email? If can, I can provide other details just to change this hacked email.

Hi heidengil castro,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I understand your frustration and I'm sorry to hear that your account has been compromised. Due to the sensitive nature of the situation, I must inform you that it may be difficult to regain access to your account if the hacker is well-versed in Microsoft account rules. I'm guessing you want to fill out the account recovery form , but there is no way for you to get your account back through the account details if the hacker turns on 2FA.
In this case, it may be better to create a new Microsoft account with a secure password and go passwordless with your Microsoft account . I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is important to prioritize the security of your personal information.
If you need any assistance in creating a new account or updating your security information, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Thank you for your understanding.
