ICCA’s biennial Congress is the largest regular gathering of international dispute resolution specialists worldwide. Practitioners and academics from across the globe come together over a period of several days to present and discuss papers on different aspects of international dispute resolution. ICCA Congresses are known for stimulating development in the field of international arbitration, and cater to both newcomers and experts in the dispute resolution community. The XXVIIIth ICCA Congress will take place in San Francisco from 7-10 May 2028 and the XXIXth ICCA Congress will take place in Cape Town in 2030. ICCA 2028 San Francisco The XXVIIIth ICCA Congress will take place in San Francisco from Sunday, 7 May to Wednesday, 10 May 2028. The 2028 Congress will be co-hosted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and California Arbitration. The next two ICCA Congresses will be held in San Francisco from 7-10 May 2028 and in Cape Town in 2030. The bidding process for the XXXth ICCA Congress will begin in 2027 and further details will be provided in due course.
