On 12 May, we told you what selling tier you would be in, based on your recent sales activity. Free selling is designed for casual sellers with simple selling needs. From 1 June, some advanced selling features will become exclusive to those with an eBay Pro subscription. Sellers in Pro Starter with less than $25,000 in total sales in the last 12 months have until 31 May to cancel their Pro Starter subscription if they want to move to free selling with immediate effect. After 1 June, these sellers can still cancel their subscriptions anytime but the cancellation will take effect on the 1st day of the following month (for example, 1 July). I've already used one of them, but the seller claims they didn't send it. The chat history and photos are confusing. Consequently, some (possibly all) EU countries postal services are refusing to clear items through customs. In the last week I was obliged to refund a Czech Republic customer when their package was returned by the Czech post office. I can see from other posts that eBay are well aware of the problem and have been for months. But no action or evidence of a plan. Discussion gift card glitch when is the current gift card glitch going to be fixed? I first encountered it several weeks ago and got someone to call me so I could report the problem. then I had to get them to call again about 10 days later because there was no change. eventually, I was able to use the credit on my gift card account... for a couple of purchases. then the glitch came back. the problem now is the same as the last time- I click in the box next to "gift card" and the tick immediately disappears.
