Strong connections to other European Partnerships which influence the battery industry; Understanding of the requirements and conditions that will be / is created by European regulations. All legal entities with activities in R&D, demonstration, industrialisation, production, commercialisation or deployment of the technologies and services within the scope of the Partnership, sharing and supporting the objectives of the Partnership, and performing activities in the European Union (or countries associated to the Horizon Europe Programme), can apply for membership. BEPA membership categories: + Full member – Industry (inc. for profit research) Large: Headcount over 5000 and turnover ower 1,5bn€ Intermediate: Headcount between 250 and 4999 or turnover between 50m€ and 1,5bn€

Medium: Headcount between 50 and 249 or turnover between 10m€ and 50m€ Medium SME: Headcount below 50 or turnover below 10m€ Small: Headcount below 50 or turnover below 10m€. + Full member – Research (non-profit) Large: Headcount over 250 Small: Headcount below 250 + Associate member (associations, NGOs and other stakeholders) – No voting right The Membership will be subject to payment of an annual membership fee, which varies depending on the membership category. Please find below the current schedule of membership fees. Upon joining, members are subject to a working capital contribution of 10% of the annual membership amount. In the case of subsidiaries with parent groups, please consult the membership category decision tree to determine the subcategory, or contact the secretariat. To become a member of BEPA, please fill in the Application Form. The BEPA Office will process your application form, and it will then be presented to BEPA’s Executive Board to review the eligibility criteria and ensure the correct membership category. Following approval from the Executive Board, you will be contacted with next steps to finalise your membership and join BEPA activities.
